Phpfreaks admin Thorpe has been working on a new framework which has as its goal, use of the latest and greatest php 5.4 features. It's important for the php community that people endeavor to explore these features if PHP is to continue to evolve and thrive. Proem has the goal of being small simple and fast. It's still in the early stages, but Thorpe has already released some of the core components that could be valuable in your next custom project.
