Open source app

Does anyone know if there is an opensource app where user could drag and drop icons over a image say a jpg? Say once they place this icon on a certain point on the jpg, it would save there. Then other users could see were they put the icon.

hmmm lets see that sounds like top friends on myspace it's pretty much a combo of javascript and a serverside language or in otherwords Ajax. You need javascript to drag and drop and php to save the location to the server

Ya i have i cool idea, but don't know how to program nor the money to pay. I'm a student graphic designer maybe some day i'll find a open soruce app for what i need.

nah you dont need money to start this. you just need some studieng on ajax javasccripting and php. once you mastered that its really a piece of cake to build
