1.) i am much more of a coder than a designer but i think it looks horrid.

2.) when you call the function to each variable it will clean it.

what he means is actually a list of things that could/should be changed.

1.) i dont care if green consumes less power, it's just ugly...but in the end it is your site, you can do what you want.

2.) the layout sucks.  when i was looking at the page, my eye didnt know where to look for anything.  i was unable to locate/understand what the site was about easily. 

  suggestion:  make the site multiple pages.  if you break up the content, your readers/members can more easily read and understand what they are looking at.

3.) that form for registration is terrible.  like i said in #2, if you were to break up the one page into many, that would give you the room to have a dedicated "Register" page.

again, definitely sanitize your user inputs.  if you dont, people can really destroy your db, and if this is your only source of income...game over.

To be brutally honest, it wouldn't be a surprise if I saw this on some kind of 'worlds worst websites' site.. It's everything that's wrong with web design! It's google's nightmare too!

agreed i have no idea what your page does becuase the clutter drove me insane

check out lawrenceguide the link in my sig it has tons of content and huge room to grow by user input and such and theres hardly any clutter at all making navigation easy and finding the info needed  easier

This is true only for CRT monitors.

For LCDs the element that consumes most power is the backlight, and it doesn't care what colour your background is.

IMO, the layout and color scheme, is well, interesting (to put it nicely), if this site is as you say your only line of income, try and make it welcoming, it honnestly hurt my eyes when it loaded, my suggestion, go back to the drawing bord with layout and color.

There are a lot of websites that offer free template downloads. You may want to check on out.

I have downloaded some but I will try to code it my self

It has my own signature / light wt => loads quickly.

as light weight as it is its also hard to navigate for content that you want to find on the page. you can build light weight fast loading sites that are still very easy to get the content needed and only the content needed without looking over 100 sections like i felt i needed to do on your page

Sunday in india my sites were down I thought, some hackers have really spoiled my site.

But today they are up again I dont dont know really what happened my service providers didnt comment to me.

May it was usual maintainer's procedure.

Well if really some caused because of my site  they would have contacted me.
