SEO on hidden HTML tags

I have a div/table with listing of my website's possible keywords.
I want to put this on my home page, but really i dont want to show them to the user so if I make it hidden (style.display:none) will the Search engine crawls them ? or it will simply discard ? I have no idea ...Please help ......

If you're trying to 'stuff in keywords', I wouldn't. Take a look at the link for more info.

another query is - which attribute have more priority  ALT or TITLE, for a serach engine ?
