Looking for inprovements

Hi guys, Im looking for some ideas on how to inprove things in a site I just released:

I know its in portugese, sorry for that, I hope you can still navigate to most of the content and get some ideas that can help me make this site better.

I think it looks nice and the only minor thing I have is that when the mouse hovers over the main menu, should it highlight only the menu or the menu and the line separator?

Thanks for the feedback.

Did you mean "should it highlight only the menu and not the menu and the line separator" because highlighting both (link and line separator) is what I think is doing, at least in a Windows Vista and Firefox 3.5
