Display issues

Just curious if anyone knows what other things could be causing a difference in what the user sees when the resolution and browser are the same on 2 different computers

if you have absolute positioned div inside an relative positioned div then it will not disturb your layout on any screen resolution.

They are all inside relative positioned divs. They all screw up on this other computer.

Would love to but it is part of a secure system to which no outside access is allowed.
