I didn't really like the menu selection in the navigation bar. Its a bit hard to read because of the shadow backdrop. Overall, it looks great!

I'll have to admit the backdrop on the text is a bit unappealing to the eyes sometimes, but otherwise the site design is original. It's sort of an old style, but for that I can't complain. Your answers seem pretty well done, the list of Q&A isn't too bulky.

Use softer colours for menu headers, the blue things. White text on those is bad.

Dump the heavy shadowing under text. Too much white space... maybe a BG color or image... something's missing. Why the green text in Answers page? Change it to your blue. I like your 'Select Ipod' flash animation a lot.  I like your main page even though it doesn't quite feel 100% 'professional' .. which I think might be a white space issue. I like your parts section etc. Your icons and what not are done well. I think you should review some other big name repair companies to get some ideas but this page is close to being really nice.
