Wordpress 2.9.2 restricting admin panel
« on: March 09, 2010, 11:13:08 AM »
Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone here knows how to restrict options in the admin panel? What I mean is, that when a user logs in they can't change key features and settings only be able to post new posts and update existing websites.
Possible?

Cheers

I maybe wrong, but you when setup the account subscription for users, you can restrict them to different privileges. All this can be done in Admin Panel ->Settings in wordpress.

Thanks for your reply. I have already found a solution, plugin called Hide Admin Panels, did the trick just fine :)
