Hi newbie help!

I've been working on a form for email submission and I simply cannot figure out why my required field validation on this isn't working. Can someone assist? If I take that out, the form submits just fine. Thanks guys!

I can but it's 2 pages. The mailer php file and the actual page with the form on it. I didn't think I should post that much code in here.
