is there a development server like easyphp for windows ce?

hi, i wanted to develop in php in different locations other than home on my small netbook, but it runs windows ce and my easyphp program wont run on it. is there any mysql/apache/php application that runs on windows ce please? thanks .i also need an ide for windows ce. thanks  derek

http://mobileleap.net/hph/ i found that, but when i run it on my windows ce machine, it says "application not a valid windows ce application" any help greatly appreciated. thanks. derek
