Hey everyone,

I've been working on a website for a while now and i think it would be good to get a fresh take on it. If you have a moment, check it out and let me know what you think. All comments are welcome.
Thanks,

Sam

in all, i don't think it's bad. there are some good elements in there. but it needs a bit of shifting around, and needs to remain more consistent across pages. for example, this page: [a href=\"http://www.b-reality.com/ProfRedirect.html\" target=\"_blank\"]http://www.b-reality.com/ProfRedirect.html[/a] moves away from the browser border, compared to your other pages.

i also don't like your 'pill' buttons. not yours specifically, just pill buttons in general always seem to look like the free ones you can get that are designed for people who host on free space.
otherwise, just pay attention to your font, to make sure it doesnt chop and change throughout your pages - a few of them (ProfRedirect.html again as an example). maybe a full CSS stylesheet is called for, as it'll sort out your font and border problems and tonnes of other stuff to keep some consistency going.

Cheers
Mark

Now, something that I've learned from Vincent Flanders: Splash pages are annoying, Flash Splash pages even more so. I'd get rid of that. Also, why do you have a flash banner at the top? What's the point of that?
Aside from that, I'll have to go with Mark on this one.
You know, that last statement was kinda funny, if you get it.
Disclaimer: No matter how harsh I may be, I'm always IMO only.

I agree with moberemk on the buttons, but I don't think it's so much their fault as the fact that they don't go with a flat white background.

I notice you don't have a doctype statement either so your code probably isn't valid, and this can cause display issues and hinder search engine crawler attempts to index your site. So maybe look into that.

On the login form: When an incorrect username & pass is entered you end up at an unprofessionally empty webpage:
Login: [a href=\"http://www.businessreality.org/login/login.html\" target=\"_blank\"]http://www.businessreality.org/login/login.html[/a]
After: [a href=\"http://www.businessreality.org/login/login.php\" target=\"_blank\"]http://www.businessreality.org/login/login.php[/a]

Skin your login error page.

Apart from that - first impressions are ok.

In the News section, there is a vertical grey line at the start of the text - perhaps some padding is required.
