PhpMyAdmin - people registered but account not active?

We'll i have over 500 Registered users but only 100 Active , I guess maybe there is a problem with the email send out to active , ?  I see all the unactive member are set to GENDER "1" ? Instead of male or female is there a Way to activated all these members set to 1 ?

You really shouldn't have posted that picture with real phone numbers...

 

Are you asking how to do this with a PHP script or in phpMyAdmin?

Im asking how in phpMyAdmin, Also the people that have logged there phone number are signing up for a website that i created call FTbuddy.com And this website is for facetime between iPhone and they enter there number willing and knowing that the public will view it
