Getting URL from FLV / MP4 Video

Hello, i just joined the forums, nice forum :).

 

Well im looking for a solution. I want download the videos from a site, but i cant find a solution how to get the location of the video, cause its dynamic.

That link i got via a FIREFOX Addon called "DownloadHelper" this addon finds the location with help of http headers. So is it possible way to find the videos with php?
