Need a suggestion to develop a PHP project

Oh so many ideas!!! Here is one...

 

Most "designed for general-public use" software/programs are massively bloated in order to try and 'Please ALL the people'.  Forums/message boards are often in that ilk. Why not make a very simple threaded one that has NO bells and whistles?  The 'hitch;? You CANNOT do any of the html/css/javascript. ALL your project does is make the necessary data available to the designer. It will be the Designer's responsibility to place the data appropriately. ie you tell them what data you need from the forms and what data you are outputting. Granted there will be certain points where you will collaborate.

 

Just a thought.

Are you suggesting about developing Forums?
