Need help with a submit form

Hello:

I am currently working on a website that has scripting that I had bought as a "website package" if you will...and I'm kind of new to php.

With the website is a contact us form called contact_us.php...every time I try to use it I can't tell where the results go.  Now, the web host I'm using is a free version and therefore has no email account active.

Please see below...I am attaching the file contact_us.php...please let me know how I can have it edited so that it saves the result on a file for example results.html.

Hmm. if you don't have access to the email services on the host, then you may have to provide your own smtp host to send off of.

Or maybe they require you to use php cdo mail.

I will try to find a guide on that.
