Unlink() function

Recommended Posts

If I use code:

while ($row = mysql_fetch_assoc($result)) {

@unlink(SRV_ROOT . IMAGE_DIR . $row['image']);

}

What is the difference between

@unlink(SRV_ROOT . IMAGE_DIR . $row['image']);

AND

unlink(SRV_ROOT . IMAGE_DIR . $row['image']);

On this path is deleted image files, but why use symbol @

When it is used in syntax, and why?

Tanks in advance
