I know how to upload a file a and save the path in the DB, but now I need to send an automatic email to the user when a new invoice is added to his directory. Please help. aabid Posted March 23, 2011 Share Posted March 23, 2011 Well you should use mail() function just below where you store the path of uploaded file into the database. This way whenever any file is added mail() function gets executed and sends the mail. I hope it will help you BTW you can search more about mail() in Google to know more about it.
