Page Refresh

[unemployment]

After I submit form data how can I force the page to refresh so I can see the changes take effect?

 

I know this is probably a very basic question.

Try using:

<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0;url=URL_THAT_U_WANT_TO_REFRESH">

That didn't work for me.  It just was continually refreshing the page.

I just used header location and that works fine.
