2 way sms order system

I have a text printer which can receive the order via SMS and can print them out.

SMS printer has such a function when it receives the order, the kitchen either approve it for a specific time or reject it with a particular cause. In both cases, the printer sends an information SMS of the order status back to the customer.

I want to integrate it with osCommerce(virtuemart).

The customer must sign the webshop and place his order, and the system must send the order to the pizza shop via SMS.

Pizza Shop must either accept or reject it and order status to be sent back to the customer with an SMS.

It's OK that we must use an SMS gateway like clickatell.

But it is important programmer must know the printer kan only response on the same SMS number which the order is sent.

The actual order must contain the following SMS:

The SMS printer can receive and explain “SMS Order” (Fixed format SMS).

The format of the order SMS is that:

#Rest_id*OrderType*OrderNo*Quantity,Food1,Amount;Quantity,Food2,Amount;Quantity,Food3, Amount*Delivery Chg;CC+Handeling fees;Total;Customer Type;Customer Name;Customer Address;Requested For;Previous Number of orders;Payment Status;Payment Card No ending with;Customer Phone*customer comments#
