Wont insert new data

Hey all Hope ya can help. its almost done just having problems with the new data getting inserted into the current table.

The part in red seems to be the problem

When posting code, enclose it within

An INSERT query doesn't get a WHERE clause, an UPDATE query does. You should really incorporate logic to trigger an error when a query fails, and to log or display the error along with the query string that caused it. It makes debugging these things much easier.
