(Where people can write comments) EDIT: It must be a system were you can see the video if you don't have a account but for the reaction the user must login. I used google, looked over the code quickly, and decided it was good enough to solve your problem. I was wrong though, you wanted a comment system. You'd probably want to use a database for that, but it can be done using flat files. You're asking quite a lot. Do you have an existing user system set up on your site?
