PHP & Mysql - Dropdowns with onchange

onchange is javascript.

 

It looks like you are trying to call a php function from the clients computer. That's not going to happen.

 

PHP can only be processed at the server. You could try and write some AJAX which could send a message back to the server instructing it to perform your php function, then return to the client with the contents of your <select> in the  form of responsetext, but if you are new to php, I personally would recommend getting strong with html/css/js/php/mysql first. Then when you are, learn AJAX which meshes them all together.
